At Onyx Hair + Extensions, we use SalonScale to accurately measure the cost of the professional products used during your service. This system promotes transparency, fairness, and consistency for both our clients and stylists.
A product charge based on actual usage will be added as a surcharge to your final bill. This ensures you’re never overcharged and allows us to continue using the high-quality products you deserve.
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any hair that has been opened, worn, colored, cut, styled, or otherwise used.
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before installation. We are happy to answer any questions or provide guidance prior to purchase to ensure the best choice for your needs.

All clients—new and returning—must provide the following information when booking or receiving services at the salon:

At Onyx Hair + Extensions, we require a deposit for all hair extension services equal to the cost of hair. This ensures that your hair is ordered and ready for your installation appointment, and assures our stylist that you are serious about your investment.
All bookings are done through our booking app on Square, and require your information to proceed. We also require 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. Any no shows will be charged a rebooking fee of $100. Your time is valuable and we take great pride in maintaining a mutually respectful relationship with our clients. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact us directly to advise. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment at no cost to you, to ensure the timeliness of other clients' appointments.
If your stylist is sick, or has come into contact with a communicable illness, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Our priority will always be to ensure the best possible care of our clients and coworkers.
